Secure studio in garden setting just east of the Emeryville border. Only 0.6 of a mile to Emeryville shops. Across from Ashram and down the street from a yoga studio. Full closet, eat-in kitchen and bathroom. Built-ins in the studio room. Main room is around 9 feet by 14 feet. Hallway has built in cabinets.
Please note ceiling is not regulation height. It is 6’6� with a drop to about 5’6� at the back of the room.
